In February and March 2022, the project team consulted local residents and stakeholders on the design code which will guide and inform each phase of the development. The consultation period is now closed, and the team would like to thank everyone who engaged with the design code consultation and left their feedback. Experienced housing providers
Outline planning permission was granted for a residential-led development on this site in December 2020. This established the principle of development for:

A through traffic route including buses connecting Coldhams Lane with Gazelle Way
